I really feel like it was more people just like option of gimmicky time stop variant rather than disliking what you'd done with it

id suggest adding just a little delay for each time stop but other then that pretty good character

The point of this character is to be overpowered, dont complain that its too powerful, its literally in the tile. (OP stands for OVERPOWERED.)

Dude you should have made time stop a special cause you can just spam time stop and knives for ez damage or if u want to destroy your enemy instantly just up D on keyboard(yes i play on key board)

This charcter is so fun! Super op which is also fun and pretty high movementt. 9/10

Don't worry, there's a rebalanced version coming **EVENTUALLY** called Shadow Dio, similar to the one from hftf but with my own spin, The sprites are similar, along with most of the moves. He's made to be balanced, I think you'll like him!
