Azure (or Bluey, as some know him) is a boy from another world with a rather quirky fashion style. Carrying the versatile shapeshifting Multi-Rod, he winds up in the Aether out of the blue for an otherworldly adventure...and battle fierce opponents along the way. Because really, what else is there to do here?

GUIDE TO BLUE MAN:
--Azure's stats are fairly average, being a middleweight with ok mobility both on the ground and the air. He ain't slow like a brick nor does he zoom across the stage like your average Workshop character. All-rounders amirite?

-Neutral special is a mix of Mario's Fireballs and Samus's Charge Shot, shooting a small bouncing magic star projectile. The more you charge it, the more powerful it'll be. At full charge, Azu will shoot a larger magic blast that travels in an arc and eventually explodes on contact, stunning your opponent and dealing hefty damage.
You can also store magic charge by pressing the parry button to use it later, or power up your magic rod attacks(DTilt, BAir, UStrong) and even your other specials. To use their respective powered versions, hold the respective input button for the souped up moves(hold attack button for DTilt, hold special for F, U and DSpecials, and charge UStrong a bit) Additionally, you can re-hit the projectile with hammer attacks(FStrong, FAir and FSpecial) to mix up its trajectory. This works with both uncharged and charged projectiles and the angle they're sent varies depending on which move hits it, so be mindful. Additionally, the uncharged projectile can be angled by holding up or down on startup.

-With forward special you swing a hammer for a powerful strike. It slightly stalls Azure in the air, though it's not exactly reliable for recovery. It sends foes at a higher angle, unlike other hammer attacks. On top of that, it reflects select projectiles. Power it up with neutral special to turn it into an even more powerful, magic-infused hammer strike that also makes Azure dash slightly.

-Up special has you fly like a helicopter. It's kinda slow at the start but it does the job. Also if you have some magic energy you can make it rise further and faster by holding special button

-Down special has you dash forward with a spear. Using it in the air makes him go dive downwards with it. Magic charging it will make you go further, and in the aerial version, landing on the ground will unleash 3 magic blasts on the ground. You can use the horizontal version in the air by pressing the forward direction on startup.

-You can angle your forward tilt to play some rock-paper-scissors. Rock(normal) deals the most knockback, paper(down) stuns the opponent, and scissors(up) hits twice and deals the most damage. (Maybe settle your rivalries with some rounds of RPS on Azure dittos? *wink wink*)


Contains support for Kirby's Copy Ability, TCO's drawing, Trummel & Alto's Codec, Otto's bobblehead, Rat's All-Out Attack, Hikaru's title, Miiverse post, the intro dialogue buddy and Dracula's intro.
