How to disable chat clicking noise in Counter Strike Global Offensive, this disables the noise if you want to not listen to it while playing or listen to it while creating fragmovies.

Disable chat clicking noise sound effect in game
1. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\scripts\game_sounds.txt
(btw the directory above may be different depending on where your counter strike is installed on your computer)

2. Press Ctrl+F on keyboard, then search for "talk.wav" then set the volume to "0".
3. Do file > save. (or ctrl+s).
4. If you have Counter Strike open, restart Counter Strike.
5. Keep the notepad open.
6. When you're done set volume to back to "1". Or close the notepad if you want mute the chat sound permanently.
