Got one last question (sorry for bothering ;-;) how does Homura innate power work? is it just you get to do it after use on each players turn enviroment and villains turn?

If there's other magical girl characters in play, it works. For example I have Prisma Illiya as other magical girl and it would work on her too. Maybe someone will make Sailor Moon hero, it would work on her too. But at the moment I have no desire to make other magical girls from madoka magica.

Also are all the cards magical girl cards? I know a card in the deck mentions them but I can only find one card saying magical girl, which made me think more was on the way.

If I come up with a good gimmick for them, yes. At first I wanted to make Mami, but then I remembered that I already made Oda Nobunaga and she would be almost identical to her, so I kinda gave up on her. I don't have any interest in making hero identical to the one I already made or simple heroes.
