There are 8 possible paths for all scenes and 6 different endings.
(4 Kitchen and 4 Renovation Room paths)
Update: in the latest version all scenes can be skipped.
Already seen scenes can be skipped after the 2nd playthrough.

Misc. Achievements

Directly on the beginning you will be asked: "Start Game?" Simply click on "NO"
("No Means No" Achievement)

Don't make any decision (Wait until the choice timer ends)
("What's the Difference?" Achievement)

very very useful, thanks a lot!!
I was once troubled by 61/62, so I deleted my save and followed the guide throughout the game. If you played the game as this guide ordered, unlocked scenes should be 34/62(after you finish first two paths), 46/62(3), 51/62(4), 56/62(5), 57/62(6), 61/62(kitchen 3), 62/62(kitchen 4). Also, I think it is recommended that you play the last kitchen path until wall-or-desk choice.
I'm a graduate student from China and my English is not that fluent. I'm trying my best to explain myself clearly and I sincerely wish this small tip would help solving 61/62 problem.
