The naivitoire (hon hon!) of such primitive innocent thinking to believe that a man of such lugubrious zeal could simply take a feeble nuance like entropy on the chin and just oop well that's it we're done here time to briskly stroll down to the fiery gates take my number and wait in line next to Hitlin and Staler and NO ♥♥♥♥ ALL THAT JAZZ. ♥♥♥♥ the jazz bust the wall down blood-in-hands who's playing jazz right now??? No one that's who! Cause Bill stuck that brass tubamaphone right up his hippie-ass windpipe along with each and every one of those midget angels who thought to pacify him with their incessant soliloquizing harps, and embarked on a swear-riddled rampage across the umbral plains leaving an inexorable trail of destroyed demons, strangled Succubi, incapacitated Imps and that one mildly inconvenienced vending machine from Hell all the grumbling way back to the mortal plain to finish what he started; with bright lashes of crackling lightning against a cobbled grave, the one with it's headstone unceremoniously scribbled in red felt about how much someone hated the Grimm Reaper, up rose a frantic blue wisp in a cyclonic swirl forming the maniacally cackling ethereal intimidarian that is GHOST BILL.

OoOOooOooOOOOOooOooOoOoO, commie ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥! America is haunted once more! And I ain't talking some dinky little malnourished stringy haired autistic Asian kid playing the long game in getting the city to Tonka the place over and cash in on some paranormal tax fraud, no this is a real haunting where horses are eating each other and every spiral-shaped object is a horror of existential proportion that'll eventually turn everyone into snails living next to a Chthulu Drain. And don't you worry about the whole logic and physics thing in regards to a ghost running around with a gun, being a floaty blue blob of protoplasm won't get in the way of having him brandish cold hard American plastic and mow down the material filth just like the grand ol' days - from the spun tapestries of the Jin Dynasty showing Bill gunning down the Mongolians at the Great Wall with his M16, to Mesopotiamian brick murals depicting Bill strangling Nebuchadnezzar ll: Nebuchadnezzagaloo, to the ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs of Bill elbow-dropping the Pharohs, Bill knows all too well about the grand ol' times, and a bit of overtime vigor at that. Now him and Francis can finish that vase together, assuming Francis doesn't get all Luigi's Mansion about it and leave with a collection of holes in the walls the shape of his flailing silhouette like an ancient stone flip book, kind of like how it looked when Bill threw Saint Francis through the rose windows of the Notre Dame. Bill struggles with accents, he thought he heard the reverend refer to it as "Our Lady of Penis", and as the stalwart French patriot we all know him for, you know he couldn't let a statement like that pass without staunch relaying of feelings!

The shaders of this mod are dependent on your video settings using the highest level of anti-aliasing and texture filtering to work correctly, or else you won't see anything. If you put it at max and still cannot see the ghost bill your GPU's override settings, such as those found on the Nvidia Control Panel, are likely overwriting L4D's AA setting. You can fix this by going to the Nvidia Control Panel and setting the AA to fallback to the game's preferred settings as opposed to Nvidia's recommended global settings. Sometimes this can still result in an invisible model, your mileage will vary depending on your card of choice. People have reported this still works when running the game in Vulkan.

If you have a low-end machine, this mod will use an alternate shader. It won't look quite as nice but you'll still get a reasonably ghostly result.
