Can also just make it Windowed mode and then drag it over, put back to fullscreen.

@CursedGam3r Yup forgot to mention, thx. I take for granted that everyone uses fullscreen on singleplayer, my bad.

Also you can change -fullscreen to -windowed
or borderless -popupwindow (no idea if this one works)

Using Shift+Windows Key+Right arrow key works as well. You just have to do it every time the game starts up
