Now This:
As of release (9/30/2019) the F1 key will now display the basic class information and keybinds, however this guide goes a tad more in depth on what those keybinds do.
Introduction
First, this isn't a definitive guide or anything. Just sharing what I know with anyone who happens to take interest in this topic.

Second, Any Clicking Middle Mouse abilities require you to be standing still, otherwise you will dodge instead.

Now, each class in Cube World starts as one of two specializations, in order to change you have to find a Guild Receptionist located in a town.

They're marked on the map with a golden crown:

Talking to them will allow you to change your specialization for no cost at all.
Warrior
The specializations share most abilities:
  • Left Shift is a spinning attack that also has a quickly regenerating block property. You consume stamina as you spin.
  • Left Shift + Spacebar is a high jump while spinning. Cost 25 Stamina.
  • Clicking Middle Mouse is a short range jumping slam attack that can potentially K.O. enemies. Costs 100 stamina.
  • Passive - Your attacks have a chance to proc a 7 second buff that gives you roughly 50% lifesteal! During these 7 seconds your Right Click attack charge faster!

Berzerker
  • Passive - Attack speed increases as hit counter goes up.
  • R is Rock Fist which launches you in a straight line doing damage to any enemies hit as well as knocking them sky high and K.O.ing them. 20s Cooldown.

Guardian
  • Passive - Has an extra 25HP.
  • Right Click has block properties with any weapon combination, no shield required. Blocking attacks generates MP.
  • R is Heroic Shout which applies a rather short debuff to nearby enemies, taunting them and causing them to take more damage. You and your Allies also regenerate health! 30s Cooldown

Weapons
  • Two-Handers - Slow but Strong
    - Left Click : Slow swing attacks with decent reach. Can K.O. with a couple swings.
    - Right Click (chargeable) : A slam attack that does damage based on MP used. Has K.O. potential.

  • Dual Wield - Quick, Not as Strong.
    - Left Click : Fast attacks alternating between your right and left weapons.
    - Right Click (chargeable) : A spin attack that hits all enemies around you dealing damage based on MP used. Has K.O. potential.

  • Shield+ - Adds a defensive layer.
    - Left Click : Attacks that alternate between your weapon and your shield.
    - Right Click (chargeable) : Block while charging, then do a spin attack upon release, dealing damage based on MP used. Has K.O. potential. (Block is 3x stronger as Guardian)
Rogue
The Rogue classes share a single ability.
  • Left Shift + Right Click will dash forward and use your weapon's Right Click attack. K.O. potential. Minimum Cost: 10MP.

Assassin
  • Passive - Your Right Click attacks will stealth you. Your dodge (Middle Mouse Button) will also slightly stealth you. Stealth causes you to do more damage, have higher crit chance, and generate MP. Higher stealth = Stronger Effects.
  • R is Camouflage which places you in full stealth for 20 seconds. Passive Applies. 40s Cooldown.
  • Left Shift will cause you to tip toe around and slowly enter stealth. Passive Applies.
  • Clicking Middle Mouse will toss a poison flask at your cursor, poisoning enemies. Costs all your stamina.

Ninja
  • Passive - Dodging an attack will generate 25MP and give you a 30 second window in which your next Right Click attack will be a guaranteed critical hit.

  • Passive II - You dodge attacks when you use your Right Click attack. Dodge passive applies.
  • Left Shift makes you ninja run at the cost of stamina.
  • Left Shift + Left Click will throw a ninja star towards your cursor. Costs 25 stamina.
  • Left Shift + Spacebar will do high jump that also acts as a dodge. Costs 25 stamina. Passive Applies.
  • R is Ninjutsu which will allows you to bung ninja stars with Left Click for 20 seconds. 60s Cooldown.

Currently, to my knowledge Ninja's doesn't have a Click Middle Mouse ability.

Weapons
  • Daggers - Short fast attacks.
    - Left Click : Alternate attacks between your right and left daggers.
    - Right Click : Instantly stab with both daggers poisoning the enemy and dealing more damage the more MP you have. Has K.O. potential.

  • Passive - Your Right Click attack will gradually put you in stealth. Dodging (Middle Mouse Button) will also generate a bit of stealth. While in stealth you have increased damage and crit chance, and generate MP. Higher Stealth = Stronger Effects.
  • Passive II - Your attack speed increases with the hit counter.
  • R is Shadow Shooter which spawns a clone of you that lasts 30 seconds. The clone has the same health as you did when you spawned it. Clone follows you closely and will mimic your attacks exactly. 60s Cooldown.

  • Left Shift + Spacebar is a high jump that also acts as a dodge.
  • Clicking Middle Mouse will perform a spinning kick that will knock back nearby enemies and potentially K.O. them. Costs 50 Stamina.

  • Bow - Projectile ranged weapon.
    - Left Click : Fires arrows at your cursor location. Projectile does drop over time.

    - Left Click : Throws the boomerang out dealing damage to anything along its route. Can hit multiple times. Will stop going forward when it hits an enemy.
    - Right Click (chargeable) : Functions the same as left click, but throws out two boomerangs with damage that scales with MP used and K.O. properties.

  • Left Shift is Hover, which allows you to slowly float at no cost.
  • Clicking Middle Mouse will teleport you towards your cursor at the cost of 100MP

Nw, and thanks for putting this guide together

No no, it was just changed. Ninja's tooltip always said 25, but actively consumed 50. They just updated it so that it would match it's intended cost.

Thanks LiberTea, I completely missed that!

Was it changed or was I just dumb when I thought it was 50 stamina for Ninja's Shift Left?
LiberTea 28 Sep, 2019 @ 11:33am
Btw, the assassin spec can use shift+rightclick as well
Ashezth 28 Sep, 2019 @ 11:26am
Rogue Ninja Shift + Left Click is now accurately 25 mana.
