Can I use her sprites to make her in a smash bros fangame as a custom character for such game(think of as making an "workshop" character for there) called Super Smash Bros Crusade? I will give you full credits for the sprites and link back here if needed.

Hi! I'm the dev of Lovely Sweet Dream! I'm in the process of making a Direct-style video for my Dream Emulator content, and I like to use other creators' content for cameos in those videos! Can confirm, I've seen them around on the Workshop Discord a bunch. Also, great job on Madotsuki so far! Really fun and all the moves are pretty truthful to the game, with some great sprites, too!
