This game is very well coded and a lot of the settings you have have left on do little to nothing with the graphic look / performance, while you have turned off some of the settings like Anti-aliasing which will have a massive graphical impact.
The addition of settings like audio, game play and chat have no impact what so ever on the game. Not to mention settings like match-making limit is plain useless unless you live in the same local area you do as geographical location is the primary factor determining ping to servers or other hosts and in many parts of the world a setting that low would mean mostly solo games due to no favorable hosts.
My advice is as follows:
Explain what the settings actually do and impact on performance / look.
Remove settings that do not affect the game performance
