Here is a complete list of all achivements in the game!
I haven't included complete walkthroughs on how to get each achievement, as the descriptions are self explanatory.

Normal Achievements

Antegria Token: Collect the Antergria token.

Arstotzkatoken Token: Collect the Arstotzkatoken token.

Orbistan Token: Collect the Obristan token.

Republia Token: Collect the Republia token.

Impor Token: Collect the Impor token.

Kolechia Token: Collect the Kolechia token.

United Federation Token: Collect the United Federation token.

Secret Achievements

Glory to Arstotzka: Ignore all the EZIC requests.

Hired Rifle: Kill the man in red for EZIC.

Member of the Order: Complete at least 4 EZIC tasks.

Snowier Pastures: Escape to Obristan with all your family members.

Too Honest: Turn over EZIC documents to M.O.I investigator.

Worker's Best: Acquire a class-5 appartment.

when you get inspected by the guy asking if you've seen anything about ezic, give him the decoder things and it should give you the achievement and end that run

That's probably a bug in the game. You can post a bug report in steam on the game's forums!

I have gotten 3 tokens and killed the man in red but i only have 1 achievement and that is for 1 of the tokens.

Unfortunately, I couldn't find anything as to why you didn't get the achivement. Try posting a support thread on the Steam group!
