You can broadcast through the Steam client without using any other programs.
  • In your Steam Client open settings.
  • Chose the tab called “Broadcasting”.
  • The main setting here is “Privacy Setting”. On default, it is set to “Broadcasting disabled”.
    Change is to “Anyone can watch my games” to make your stream discoverable.
    You can change it back when you are done streaming and just want to play privately again.


1. Check "Show upload stats"
2. Check "Always show Live status"
3. In terms of other settings, we recommend the following:
  • Choose "Best Performance" if you CPU is not powerful
  • Check "Record my microphone" if you have a mic
  • Check "Record audio from all applications on this machine" if you want to play your own music while playing

4. Turn on ER:BS
5. If your screen look like this, you are live!
