the easiest way to fix this is by making them able to wear all but regular shackles and have them wear hiver ones instead

The Type 389 mesh works very well with head and footwear, unfortunately this patch allows Type 389 characters to be put in shackles and enslaved, which leads to some rather buggy moments in slavery (My leg was broken, and all the slavers tried performing first aid on me, and then ended up picking me up and putting me down forever).
