This mod supports The Forgotten expansion!

Steak, please!

Replaces the new resource icons (including the corn) with the icons from the original Age of Empires II: Age of Kings and the Conquerors Expansion.

A huge thank you to Tom_007 for his hard work on the Turks' and Mongols' icons!

NOTE: If you would also like to remove the box behind the current Age name (''Dark Ages,'' etc) in the top info bar to make the game graphics more like the original, check out this mod here.

MANUAL INSTALL INFO: Here[dl.dropboxusercontent.com] is the download link to the mod files. Download it and follow the instructions included in the Readme to do a manual install.

For whatever reason the mod authors have no interest in updating this to make it work with the latest version of the game.

This mod will not work until the mod creator updates the mod to work with the current version of the game.

Please update! It's hassle having to fiddle around with manually downloading files and putting them into the game.

Not working well anymore, outdated for new civs and got player colour glitches on the african ones.
