Sneak is neat. You can sneak to the back of an enemy to flank him, sneak is also suitable for hit n run.
Fake attk is also useful as ur scout can pass thru an enemy so that later ur soldier can make a flank attk.
As scouts are promoted to veteran, their lack of ranged attks can be fixed by the peek throwing knife, though small damage, this one is 100% guaranteed to hit target.

Stun an enemy so that your other units next to him can run to safety or to doctor.

Bf attk an enemy, remember to use support abilities of scholars. This can make a big difference.
The good thing abt scholars is that their shots still lower enemy's defence even if they miss.

Don't forget to use logistics if possible so that yr unit can move further, either to chase enemy or to retreat to safety.

• If one of yr unit cannot atk in a turn, consider switch to interrupt action, it can help to soften opponents.
  
• Placing traps at positions which opponents will surely pass (e.g. choke pts) or you can force/lure them to pass. Also ur units can pass directly over traps with no harm, so do not make ur units to go a long way to avoid ur own traps :). I made this silly mistakes before :)
  
• Remember to defend ur doctor, he is very important and also ur enemy usually choose him as a target as they know this.
