Each cat has 3 pics depending on the first impression you made on it.

The options to make good impression are:
Cat by the river: Let it know you're there and close in carefully -> Wait for the right moment
Cat near the bakery: Pet head -> Scratch chin -> Stand up
Kitten: Sneak closer not drawing attention -> Tell it about your day -> Play with stick -> Avoid sudden movements

The options to make average impression are:
Cat by the river: Sneak upon the cat -> Close the distance
Cat near the bakery: Wait -> Stand up
Kitten: Sneak closer not drawing attention -> Tell it about your day -> Play with stick -> Large, swaying motions

The options to make bad impression are:
Cat by the river: Sneak upon the cat -> Toss rock
Cat near the bakery: Wait -> Push away
Kitten: Let it know you're coming -> Try to pet the kitten

There are 4 endings in total, depending on how many cats you can make to like you and take home in the end (0, 1, 2 and 3). You can easily get all pisc just doing this 4 endings and I'll list all options to get endings with 0 and all 3 cats, getting just 1 or 2 of them would be easy combining those.
Also I don't think that options you choose with Roselle change anything, so I'm skipping those altogether.

Good ending (all 3 cats):
Cat by the river:
