Oh that's what it is! So not a key or anything for moving on in the map. All I've been able to find are the 750 doors, the 1000 door to the coal rm, the 5/10 secret room, and the juggernog.

That would be juggernaught! Use your trigger to "drink" it and gain 100 health for that life.

ALSO, i've seen zombies getting stuck near the big room and to the right portal entrance near the box
