Go to the game's folder eg: "steamapps\common\F.E.A.R. 3\resources\Streamed".

In the Streamed folder move / rename / delete the file "LogoTrain.bik"

Easiest way I find is to go to game Properties in Steam, select 'Local Files' tab & click on the 'Browse Local Files...' button
