This is a reskin of the default HL2 SMG in Garry's Mod. This is based off the iconic Black Ice skin in Rainbow Six Siege.
This can be seen in First-Person, Third-Person and as a spawned world entity!

The first person view looks the best and has the best quality as the third person & world view model was messed up by valve.
