150%FasterATKSpeed(CHEAT)

Description
This cheat was made on request, the attack speed only works with weapons equipped, so bare hands will be default speed. All other weapons such as bows, two-handed, and one-handed weapons will attack 2.5(150%) times faster.

It's also put up as a Race ability to all races so chances are the NPCs may have the passive ability as well, if asked I can change it to a lesser power that would last an insanely long time so you, and only you, actually get to use it.

UPDATED: Attacks increased to +350%

@Cinnamon Toast Crunch - When you open the game launcher on the desktop open the data files and make sure the mod file is completely gone or disabled.

when i deleted the mod because the speed was 2fast4me the effect was still there even when i started a new character please help me

When you disable it via data files, wait for the game menu to cycle through all of your mods and finish syncronizing. After it finishes syncronizing you can then delete the file and unsubscribe or just uncheck the selection to unload it. If that doesn't work then it might be a bug in the game that integrated and it became self-aware, then I would suggest you purge the entire game and reinstall a fresh, mindless, copy so it discontinues it's free-thinking.

Any default character you want, I typically play either Nord or Khajiit, but any default race done by Bethesda will work with the mod.
