TopHat's Ghana

Adds the Republic of Ghana, led by Kwame Nkrumah, to the game as a custom civilization. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: FORWARD EVER, BACKWARD NEVER

When trading with another Major Civilization, gain half the Great Person points generated by the target city. Hurrying Production provides Production in the home city of each of your Trade Routes.

UNIQUE UNIT: POGR

Replaces the Infantry. Starts with +5 XP for each type of Strategic Resource worked by the city where it was trained.

UNIQUE BUILDING: EMBANKMENT DAM

Replaces the Hydro Plant. Contains an Engineer specialist slot, and yields Gold for Strategic Resources worked by its city.
