Demon Hunter 2: New Chapter has a total of 15 Steam achievements, of these just 1 is story related and the remaining 14 achievements are missable, as for completion time, this is in the region of 3-4 hours.

MAIN GAME.

There are no achievements relating to difficulty in Demon Hunter 2: New Chapter so select whichever suits your mood.

While there is a tutorial on easier difficulties, there are no achievement relating to playing with or without the tutorial.

There are no achievements relating to the cut scenes, watch or skip as you wish.

Do not skip ANY of the mini-game puzzles. There is one achievement earned for completing 5 without skipping and another for completing all without skipping, there are also achievements for completing 4 specific puzzles without skipping. My video walkthrough at the end of this guide has time stamps for all puzzles with solutions should you require assistance with any.

Make sure to grab all 24 collectable swords, a full list of locations of the swords can be found in the collectables chapters of this guide (broken down into the 4 sets of 6 as shown in game). My video walkthrough also shows all collectable locations. There is just 1 achievement on offer for collecting all of the swords).

As for the hint button in hidden object scenes, there is an achievement for completing one scene without using hints and another for completing 3 without using hints and making no misclicks. The achievement does not state, but I suspect that these 3 must be consecutive (14/05/25 Steam user beavinator advises that they do not have to be consecutive). Once the 3 out of 3 achievement has popped, you are free to use hints within the hidden object scenes if you wish to do so.

There are also achievements for completing 3 hidden object scenes in under 10 mins (again, I think maybe consecutively), completing one scene in less than 60 seconds, finding 3 objects in 3 seconds in a scene, completing one scene without any misclicks and completing a minigame puzzle in under 60 seconds.

BONUS CHAPTER.
There is no bonus chapter in Demon Hunter 2: New Chapter.

Notes = There are reports of a bug regarding this collectable, some claim that if you do not collect the sword before refuling the helicopter you will be unable to collect it and you will have to start a new game to do so.

The achievements listed below are in order of which I earned them during my playthrough.

Fast Paced.

Find 3 hidden objects within 3 seconds.
***MISSABLE***
Quite simply, during one of the 28 hidden object scenes in Demon Hunter 2, click on 3 objects in the scene that are listed bottom of the scene within 3 seconds to earn this achievement.

Clicktastic!

Complete a Hidden Object Scene without a misclick.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement you must complete one hidden object scene clicking only on objects in the scene that are listed at the bottom of the screen. I do not believe the scenes in Demon Hunter 2: have random solutions, so if you are nearing the end of the game and have not obtained this achievement my video walkthrough at the end of this guide has time stamps for all scenes with solutions if you want to prime yourself in advance.

Independent.

Complete a Hidden Object Scene without a hint.
***MISSABLE***
There are 28 scenes in Demon Hunter 2: New Chapter and there is an achievement for completing one scene without using a hint and another, 3 out of 3 which requires you to complete 3 scenes (I think in a row) without using a hint or misclick, once 3 out of 3 is unlocked you are free to use hints in scenes if you wish to do so.

Storyteller.

Finish the story from the TV Minigame.
***MISSABLE***
Unlocks after completing the TV Minigame puzzle, at the Front Door (Puzzle #3 on my video walkthrough).

No Shortcuts.

Complete 5 puzzles without skipping them.
***MISSABLE***
There are a total of 29 minigame puzzles in Demon Hunter 2 and this achievement unlocks after completing 5 of those without skipping. Note that there are also achievements relating to completing some specific minigames without skipping and another for completing all of them without skipping, as such if you are trying to 100% Demon Hunter 2, make sure to complete them all. I have added time markers on my video walkthrough below with solutions to them all should you find yourself stuck on any of them.

Brainiac.

Complete a Minigame puzzle in less than a minute.
***MISSABLE***
While technically missable, puzzle #5 (Safe lock puzzle, in the Living Room) should only take 10~15 seconds.

Plumber.

Finish the pipes Minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
Unlocks after completing the Pipe door lock puzzle, in the Hospital Room (Puzzle #8 in my video walkthrough).

Coordinator.

Finish the swap Minigame.
***MISSABLE***
Unlocks after completing the Bust silhouette (swap) puzzle, in the Nurse Room (Puzzle #9 on my video walkthrough).

Tic - Tac.

Finish 3 Hidden Object Scenes in less than 10 minutes.
***MISSABLE***
For me this unlocked after the 10th scene, I suspect (although I am not 100% certain) that those 3 scenes in less than 10 mins must be consecutive. If you are struggling with this I have added time stamps for all scenes in my video walkthrough at the end of this guide if you want primers, and don't forget that once you have unlocked the 3 out of 3 achievement you are free to use hints if you need to.

Eagle Eye.

Complete a Hidden Object Scene in less than a minute.
***MISSABLE***
Most, if not all scenes are repeated and the second time playing ta scene is much easier, perhaps the most likely candidate for this achievement is the 10th scene (Hospital room, 2nd time). If you find you are struggling with this achievement, my video walkthrough at the end of this guide has time stamps for all scenes with solutions.

3 out of 3.

Finish 3 Hidden Object Scenes without a hint or misclick.
***MISSABLE***
To earn this achievement you need to complete 3 hidden object scenes without using any hints and without making any misclicks (clicking on something in the scene that is not on the list at the bottom of the screen). I am not 100% certain, but I suspect the 3 scenes must be consecutive and not in total, for me this unlocked on the 12th scene.

Mechanic Master.

Complete the engine Minigame without skipping.
***MISSABLE***
Unlocks after completing the Car engine puzzle, at the Gas Station (Puzzle #14 on my video walkthrough).

The Collector.

Gather all of the collectable items.
***MISSABLE***
In Demon Hunter 2 there are a total of 24 swords to collect (4 sets of 6) and just one achievement to earn from collecting them all, I'm uncertain, but would hazard a guess that you have to collect all 24 in one playthrough to earn the achievement. Please note that the very first collectable in the garage is bugged, you must collect this before refueling the helicopter or the collectable will become unobtainable.

Mastermind.

Finish all the Minigames without skipping them.
***MISSABLE***
Simply complete all of the 29 minigame puzzles in Demon Hunter 2 without skipping any of them and this achievement is yours. If you need help with any of the puzzles my video walkthrough at the end of this guide has time stamps for each puzzle to help you quickly locate any causing you trouble.

Demon Hunter.

Complete the game.
A story related achievement unlocks at the end of the game, just before the final cut scene.

Thanks for the info beavinator, have updated the guide with your info and given credit. Also thanks for the thanks, hope you found them useful, although I will admit some of my earlier guide are, to put it lightly, a little rough.

I can confirm, the 3 out of 3 do NOT need to be consecutive, as I misclicked during one hidden object scene, then got the achievement on the next one.
Thanks for this and MANY other of your guides I've used!
