Improved Tar Trap

I've tweaked the slow on tar trap to make it more viable in endless mode. The orcs would zerg through the tar before like it was knee deep water. Now the orcs will find it even harder to wade through waist deep with this change. As for the unqiue mods I've adjusted the the second unique buffs duration for when the orcs leave the tar.
