Health Regeneration

Omschrijving
With this addon you will regain your health back to your maximum over time.

You can change the settings with these commands:
healthregen_enabled 1/0 - 1 enables the addon , 0 disables it
healthregen_speed - The speed at which you regain your health (Default:1)
healthregen_maxhealth - The max health of a player , you will regenerate untill you reach the cap (Default:100)
healthregen_delay - The delay after you being regenerating health when you have taken damage (Default:5)

can you make the maxhealth a percentage value rather than hard limit, so players with large and small health pools are capped at proportionate values?

atkof you already can ingame with the medkit just right click on the npc and you can heal them that way
