The goal is to activate the four activation pads throughout the game. The first one you will find during the linear start just after the yellow spinning platforms. Keep in mind to activate them you must stand inside of them.
1st activation pad:


The second and third pads can be collected in either order as you get to decide which one to pursue first. One of them is straight ahead after falling down the tower where the first pad is and crossing the platforms, the other one can be found if you turn left and take the pink path forward to some more moving yellow platforms.

The final activation pad is found at the very end just before you take the portal to end your playthrough.

Firstly reach the first activation pad then follow the screenshots below for a guide to where it's located at.

The major tactic to speedrunning the game is to make sure you are moving with 2 movement keys whenever you can at an angle so that you are moving faster. This will also allow you to gain more height on jumps. See the speedrun guide, or my speedrun to understand what I mean for this.
