Garage + Industry Sign Pack

General signs for light manufacturing, auto parts shops, mechanics, etc. Based on real world references with some small modifications.

There are 9 signs and a bonus banner prop included.

Use Find It! mod to search for them, use keywords 'spence industrial' if you're having trouble.
I also recommend using Prop Snapping and Move It mods or you will have difficulty placing the props.

This is the building that they've been placed on in the screenshot!

They all share the same 512x512 texture, so make sure to use Loading Screen Mod as it will load the texture once and save memory. The meshes are low-tri and they have simple custom LODs.
