Ok, I'm doing this 3-lines guide since I see here and there some requests and such, and of course being a random achievement spam game there are no reviews, guides, walkthroughs and such.

This game requires a continuous 3-hours idle in the main menu (you can actually play the game if you really want.. it doesn't change a thing, the achievement will spam every second on the lower right part of the screen in any case).

The game can be put in tray and minimized - it will keep on counting achievements, so you can use your PC and do whatever you want.

The main issue is that the timer RESETS every time you close the game. In my first playthrough and review I had idled for about 20 minutes unlocking 400 achievements, and then I closed the game. Then, I had to WAIT for those 20 minutes in the main menu without anything happening - then, they started popping up from the 401st or whatever it was.

So take three hours of your Steam time to idle this completely and uninstall it, be sure you won't be forced to shut down the computer or you'll basically have to idle 3 hours from scratch even if you lack only 1 achievement.
