A recent boom has the housing market in an upswing, lumber is needed in the northwest. The quarry is opening again in the southwest, and a new office requires - you guessed it - lumber. Markets across the bay have also sped up, so the port's lumberyard is calling for another shipment of logs.

And then there's you, with no truck, and in charge of opening the garage, and repairing the fleet.
