Faster Attack Speed(final Update)

Description
This is a small mod I decided to make, nothing too grand. All it does is add a Passive Skill to all races that will make your attacks 10% faster.

I made this mod because I felt like weapons swung fairly slow especially the two handed weapons. This doesn't make them swing incredibly fast but to a point where it should be noticeable and it hasn't broken my game yet so I don't think it will break anyone else's. This mod used to require armor and perks but I've decided to update this one last time to make it a passive race ability to all races so it doesn't benefit just armor users but to all who want the mod, I figured it would be more fair to people who don't use armor.

For anyone who have damage changing mods for perks like Armsman, have that mod load after this one, there was problem that I fixed in this mod so Armsman level 2 I believe would be Vanilla if this mod is loaded after a damage modifying perk mod.

This should work for all weapons, One-Handed, Two-Handed, and Ranged weapons.

Not compatible with amazing races... at least that is what i assumed, was using a redguard and the AR tweaks their speed too, so for some reason when the mod started working every time i pressed P key it CTD.

Is there any chance that you could maybe post the Version of this mod that had the armor bound perks seperatly? Unless you would have to rework it.
If not, still cool mod :)

Yes, it should work with custom mod weapons because the trait is a character ability just like Orc's Berserk, Khajiit's Night Eye and Nord's Battle Cry (etc.).

It's not difficult. You load a file, Skyrim for the esm and this mod for active. While selecting mods to load up you can view details to figure out what files were modified and go there.

Ka-Sigh. No luck finding a mod that allows to you to punch 6 times per second. This is good enough, though.
