This mod buffed the bonuses from prime minister of the Han empire by:
+1 available administrator positions
+1 available armies
+6 morale
+50% tribute in diplomacy
+150 relation with Han Empire
+15 relation with minor factions (factions at rank Noble or Second Marquis, except Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Gongsun Zan, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, Yuan Shu and Zheng Jiang)
-25 relation with major factions (Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Gongsun Zan, Dong Zhuo, Yuan Shao, Yuan Shu, Zheng Jiang, and factions at rank Marquis, Duke, King)
+5% replenishment speed (including allied factions)

Also slightly buffed the bonus for Yuan Shu when he declared himself the Emperor.

The description of relation bonuses won't show correctly if you don't use , but it still will work correctly whether you use the English sub-mod.
