That's an Example of someone who Really dosen't know a map real well.
(Obviously) Now. If you don't know maps. You're pretty much a sitting duck.
If you know you're maps. You're gonna do good!
Before we get started, Let me tell you a few things to do If you find a flaw or something i didn't cover in this guide.

Aslong as you do that, We'll have no trouble!

As Stated above, If you already know what spawns are. Just skip to the next chapter/section
Spawns are Where the player(s) Appear. Re-spawning is Re-Appearing after a Trigger (If you dont know what that is it's something that triggers another Action in the game's Code) Now all maps have different Spawns. It also may vary in different Game-Modes Such as FFA (FREE FOR ALL). For that Gamemode, The spawns will be different. A Certain player at the start of the map Starts on a certain spot. ONLY HIM, Then after the game starts it'll spawn the character(s) Randomly. That being said, If you spawn at the end of nuketown by the house inside the gates, That means there may be another player spawned somewhere close by the house, Or in the backyard but another assigned spawn of that house.
Here's a Picture of A Mini-Map The red Markings i've marked so you can get a feel of what some of the spawns in an FFA May be. I may not get all the spawns right, just message me or deal with it :)

This is going to cover the basic routes, camping spots, sniping spots And Spots
The camping spots aren't incouraging to camp. I'm just putting you ahead of the campers so you know where to expect them :)

Like i've said the past few sections if i miss anything tell me, It's easily fixable
So, Map Routes are basically routes you take to get to other spots in the map Faster, But the routes and shortcuts are also bad, Because they are the most Popular, You may not run into anyone the first few secconds of the game starting, But you're going to run into someone either after you've left and taken another or the same one again. Or you run into someone while you're taking them. They are also good for the campers, Because at the end of the routes, Or the entrance of the Routes, A Player can camp in a camping spot they find or is good. In their eyes. They'll sit at the end(s) or the entrance(s) of those routes, And when people start coming, They will start killing you. So once you've reached close to the end of the route(s) you may wan't to throw a flashbang or a smoke grenade, With the smoke grenade it will 1 if its close enough hurt them a little, and then make it where You won't be detected until you Leave the smokescreen. If you flash them its a whole other story. You gotta throw a flashbang randomly there 2 times to see if theres anyone there, Even at times, Those won't even work. What im trying to say is you have to be ready for anything and expect anything and nothing less or other of anything. You have no idea what can be waiting at the end of the shortcut! Anything! Heres some snapshots to show shortcuts and spots entrances other things like that.

Shortcuts and Routes, We've learned it earlier in this guide :) This is just a review to show that you really know you're maps So Far, This is optional. And It is NOT The end of this guide. Although you can try out what i've shared then come back Reading. Or just quit reading :) Let's Get Started!

Routes No. 1
Routes Are "Shortcuts" That players in Call of Duty Take, to get 1. Ahead of the Game and get First Blood or points for their team or themself (As seen in a Free for All Round if you've played one) 2. To Get To other places in the map faster.

Shortcuts No. 1
Shortcuts are basically Routes, They take them to get kills, first blood and even points for their team. And Of course to get to other spots and places in the map faster. Now, If you're Going to wanna take these short-cuts and be ready for whatevers waiting for you at the End, You gotta have a plan!
You should always have some kind of gun YOU'RE Confortable with, NOT WHAT OTHERS TELL YOU That's the most IMPORTANT Thing!
If you have you're own Confortable Attachments and equipments sidearms and primary arms, You will do good! Before ever going to the end of a shortcut, Dont Run out the end, Aim the sides so you can try to get the campers before they get you!
