Here are examples of the stickers that you can get on a souvenir skin from the Starladder Berlin 2019 Major :

You can get packages for the 7 differents maps played during the Major. You are able to redeem packages if you are owning the StarLadder Berlin 2019 Viewer Pass. You have to buy Souvenir Tokens for 3$ each or 2.65€, then you need to activate it and choose the game you want and redeem a Souvenir Package for this game.
You can also upgrade your coin to diamond, with challenges and picks to guess in the Pick'em Challenge.

The 7 maps played during the Major are :

• Inferno : 15 / 9 times
  
• Nuke : 3 / 6 times
  
• Dust 2 : 10 / 12 times
  
• Mirage : 6 / 10 times
  
• Vertigo : 2 / 5 times
  
• Overpass : 5 / 5 times
  
• Train : 10 / 4 times

The Major was divided between the Groupe Stage, the Challenger Stage, and the Champion Stage.
Packages from the Champion Stage are often more collectibles. Packages from the Grand Final are the most liked ones.

As mentioned in the first section, you can obtain Souvenir Skins for 7 collections, associated with the maps played at the Major. Some of those skins are rarer than others.

- What can make a Souvenir Skin rare ?

1. The Collection
   
2. The Quality (Classified being the rarest, since Cbble was removed)
   
3. The Condition (Factory New is often the rarest)
   
4. The Teams on the weapon
   
5. The player autograph
   
6. The Float Value
   
7. And if the skin is like by the community

For example, the rarest skins of the StarLadder Major, by Quality, are the M4A1-S | Master Piece, the R8 Revolver | Amber Fade, the SG 553 & Duals Berettas from Inferno, and the M4A1-S & Tec-9 from Nuke.

Also Vertigo was introduced to the game, with a Souvenir Collection featuring the old skins, such as the Duals Berettas Demolition, or the AK-47 Black Laminate. You can get them in Souvenir Condition, and currently the rarest skins to get are the FN AK-47 Black Laminate, the FN P90 Glacier Mesh, and the FT Duals Berettas Demolition.

And of course other skins can be as rare as the Classified ones, if their float is limited. For example if they are between 0.06 and 0.07 in Factory New Condition.

Of course, your best friend if you are looking for special packages or skins is the Steam Market.
