Tantrum is a 6 room charge active item that deals 30 damage to every enemy in the room, gives them the fear effect for 10 seconds and boosts your stats by 20% for 10 seconds.

It can be found in curse rooms, secret rooms and rarely in red chests.

been thinking about making some packs, its just a matter of getting the time, it'd take a lot of re-working for a bunch of the mods
