Описание
Adds 126 flags based on the Victorian Era (1836) as well as Victoria 2.

Although this is intended for use in the Extended Timeline mod, it CAN be used in vanilla, as most of the flags are for countries that are present in the 1444 start date as well as formable nations.

It should be compatible with most mods that do not alter the game's flags.

I'm curious as to how you actually mod flags.
I've sank hours now into trying to do so but can't get it to work.
Followed a technique where you just swap the .tga file with a new .tga file and put that in the mod folder but that hasn't worked.
