Report a translation problem
In order to reach True End 2, you actually need to idle on the game's title screen for a full minute after completing True End 1. If you do that, you'll trigger a scene that then unlocks the "Remember" choices listed in the guide. None of the walkthroughs mention this, and there's no indication of it in-game, so unless you usually idle on the title screen after finishing a game, there would be no way of knowing that this is what you need to do.
Considering that these final scenes are arguably the most important puzzle pieces of the story, it's really stupid that they expect you to do something as obscure as this to progress.
I only just finished the first pass though.
