A detailed guide on how to get all the achievements in Lakeview cabin Collection. This also includes how to finish the entire game. I will explain how to beat each episode under the "complete Episode x " achievements category. Although you might find some bugs during the game, all achievements are obtainable.

Introduction
There are 40 achievements in total on Steam for Lakeview Cabin. Their unlocked icons are pretty useful, since you can know the episodes they are unlockable from by looking at their background.

BIG NOTE CONCERNING ACHIEVEMENTS
Achievements are a bit weird in this game, they won't show up right when you finish the actions of the game, you'll unlock them when you shutdown the game, so don't worry if you don't unlock the achievement right away, just quit once you finish an episode and come back.

-Lake of the Dead: It should be in green but it's in black. You unlock it in episode III (I'll come back on it during the guide too)
-The "Beat Episode 3 icon" (why?), it's brown but should be green too.

SPOILER ALERT

Obviously there are a lot of spoilers here. Unless you don't know how to finish an episode you struggle on, or already finished the game and you want 100% completion, you shouldn't read everything on this guide. I will try to put some spoilers markers on the really not-to-spoil stuff.

Lakeview Cabin III Walkthrough & Achievements Pt. 1
There are 13 achievements in this episode + 1 hidden achievement (see the hidden achievement part of this guide)

Let's start with how to beat Lakeview Cabin III to get this out of the way and then we'll look at the other achievements.
WARNING: The achievements Priorities & Handicapable requires you to finish the game with something more (or less), please read what they are for before finishing the episode so you don't have to do it another time only for achievements (time to be efficient!).

HOW TO BEAT LAKEVIEW CABIN III

Several ways to do this, and a few things to know first. You can't kill any killer with a knife or a melee weapon, they will attack you first and take your weapon, so you have to be strategic. Most of the "weapons" that you can use deal the same amount of damage, and you need 3 hits on the baby killer (the first to come) to kill him. For example, the big box blocking the left part of the map can be lifted if you repare the planks inside the workshop house (light brown house) using the hammer (that you find in a toolbox in the same house). When you are on the balcony, you can lift up this big box and make it fall on the killer.

You can also use the motorcycle (after unlocking that box and rush on the baby killer, and jump right at the end, so you don't die in the explosion (that's also 1 hit on him).

3rd way is to use the gas can in the generator room on the left side of the map and matches to make it explode (be careful, if you just light the fuel dropped, it will create a fire, not an explosion, (later useful for the "Burn the enemy to crisp" achievement).

A few more tips and ways to kill: Shotgun. You can find some ammos in one of the bedroom (look in the wardrobes or boxes), woodchipper+zipline, although this one is pretty hard to use, you have to get the generator activated (activated by default but the baby killer deactivates it) and the woodchipper on, and take the zipline, right when someone passes you just push them with your feet automatically in it (hard to anticipate). There's also a last really good tip for the baby killer that gives you the hidden achievement "Reunited", I'll explain it under the reunited achievement section.

Now, the father. He comes when the baby is dead or when you take too much time to kill the baby. You have to know that if he sees his son dead body, he'll go mad and get a lot more hits to die, he is faster and one shots you, so you don't want that. Easiest way I found is to drop the windvane on him like this (plus you'll get an achievement "It's a windy day"). This is how:

Go in the big dark wood house (where the yellow hair character spawns), take the bottle of whisky on the balcony at the top (infinite drink so you can vomit as much as you want, but your vision will be disgusting), go on the right edge of the balcony, be careful not to fall. This is where you are able to activate the zipline (don't do it now!). Now, first you need to drink a few times (5 i think), looking the way of the zipline (so to the right), vomit will fall in front of the big dark wood house.
Since the father comes from the right side of the map (be sure to hide all your characters behind trees or in houses before), he'll slip on the vomit and stay down for a few second. At the moment he slips, TAKE THE ZIPLINE. It will automatically drop the windvane right on his face if you placed the vomit well and insta kill him. Note that once the windvane is down you can't do it again, so it's a one try.



My easiest and quickest way to finish the episode using this tips:

-Lift the big box from the light brown house
-Prepare one character with the whisky and his vomit, and make him/her stay near the zipline
-Ring the bell (automatically calls the baby killer) after hiding everyone else
-Rush the baby with the motorcycle to the far left of the map (this is the trickiest, you might have to retry a few times to jump off the motorcycle before it explodes on him)
-While he is down go take the matches (near the campfire) and the gas can and make the gas can explode while he is on it
-Then just bait him to under the box and quickly change to the character keeping the box up and drop it on him (after these 3 hits he is dead)
-Switch to the drunk character and wait for the dad to slip and just take the zipline.

This is the quickest way I found to finish the episode with a bit of practice, I made a speedrun of the entire game where I do this if you want a video support (Link at the end of the guide or on my profile).

Now, when you kill these two, a white lady singing will appear on the far right of the map, if you approach her she will transform in a big monster and kill you almost instantly .
If you get killed, you'll still have the credits and finish the episode, but you won't have the 'Happy Family' achievement nor the 'everyone alive' one. It's really easy to kill her. Right after you killed the father (and the baby obviously), you have at least a minute or two before she appears. What you have to do is just take a melee weapon and go to the far far right of the map, at the tip of the piled pontoon (don't fall in water or you'll lose your weapon) and just wait. She'll appear facing the opposite direction (so the camp direction) and won't turn around if you approach. Now just back stab her until your screen is black.

Beat Lakeview Cabin III

Pretty self-explanatory. You just have to finish Lakeview Cabin 3, you can even have some of your characters dead for this one, and you can also be attacked by the white lady at the end and still get the achievement, you just won't see the family portrait (that's an achievement too so I don't recommend avoiding this)

Note: This does not include the dog (this is another achievement), only the 4 playable characters. You can do both achievements in one run, if on your first beat you manage to do it without anyone dying, you'll get the 2 achievements.

Happy family See the family portrait

You need to kill the white lady at the end for this one. You don't need everyone alive (even if it's a plus)
Lakeview Cabin III Achievements Pt. 2
Priorities Get the dog to survive till the end

It can be hard but there's a way to make it very easy: Take the dog with you at the very beginning when you bring a character on the light brown house balcony to lift the box. If the dog stays on th balcony for now, he won't fall or leave. When you drop the box on the baby, keep the box down and take the dog with you and put it on the top of the box (which is lower than the balcony now). Dad killer might come on the balcony but can't come on the top of the box, so you and your dog are safe.


Handicapable Finish the game with everyone missing a leg

Another pretty rare achievement that is easy, just do the episode normally and when the baby and the dad are dead, just take all of your characters (they must be all alive since it's 'everyone') and make them drop from a high house so they lose a leg. (I think you'll get this one even if you don't kill the white lady, but I'm not sure so it's better to try to kill her with a leg missing.

That's not what it's for! Throw a friend into the woodchipper

I already explained how to use the woodchipper, but this time it's easier. Just have a friend stand in front of the woodchipper (on of course) and take the zipline.



This isn't that kind of a movie! Push the bed to the limit

I wonder why this one is the second most unlocked achievement....
(I also wonder why it was my first unlocked achievement :D)
Get all characters in the small cabin with a bed a closet and a wardrobe, undress them all and put all four on the bed. Note that one time on two they won't have sex, they'll just sleep one on another.

The Burning Burn the enemy to crisp

You have to take the gas can (or the campfire) and light it up, and get the baby to walk on it. However, when he is on fire, he gets max speed (if he goes in your direction you are dead) and will go the to closest side of the map with water, so you need to slow him down if you want him to die by the flames. Best way I found is to do this at the center of the map and put some vomit behind him while he is walking towards the campfire.

Example: put the fire under the Brown wood house, and give a bottle of whisky to a character that is on the right side of the map. You also need someone lifting the box that will drop it once he passed it, so he can't go back to the left. The character on the right just has to put some vomit (let's say 6 stains so 30 drinks) on the right side.

The Corpse Grinders Hack up your friends

Use the axe (or scythe) to kill all three of your friends, and continue hacking up their corpses until there's only blood and small bits of organs (like in the achievement photo). The scythe is behind the box blocking the left of the map and the axe is on the far left on the map.

Sometimes dead is better... Get three of your friends to "return"

Kill your friends (don't hack their corpses this time, just 2 axe hits are enough), and throw their body in the lake. I a few minutes they will be back on the island as zombies that will attempt to kill you.

It's a windy day Drop the windvane on an enemy

It has to be on an enemy. Just do what is written in the Walkthrough part of this guide(use the bottle of whisky from the top of the dark brown house and wait for the dad to slip on it and take the zipline).

Soundophile Collect all records

There are 4 records of the episode soundtrack in the map. One can be found inCabin #1 from the start but you'll need to finish the episode once for the second one to appear at the sample place, another one is in the big dark wood house, and you the last one can be found in the WC. Note: You also need to play the 4 records (the achievement note is misleading).

Lake of the Dead Kill 30 zombies in one run

Might look hard but there's a method to make it easy (a bit long but easy), I call it the StayCalmCursory method ^^. You take a weapon like the scythe, hide all your characters behind a tree and put the scythe in front of one tree. Then you just wait for zombies to pass and backstab them. (they are dumb, they won't notice) They only take one hit to kill. Do this 30 times.

Another small tip: To access the scythe you need to lift the box, but here you shouldn't use the hammer to fix the planks, or the zombie will have access to the guy lifting the box. What you can do instead is take another player with you and throw him directly on the balcony from the next house, just like in this image:

Lakeview Cabin IV Walkthrough & Achievements Pt. 1
There are 7 achievements in this episode + one hidden achievement (see hidden achievement part of this guide). As before, I will start on a walkthrough on this episode.
Note: you can do almost all the achievements in one run if you want to be efficient so be sure to look how to unlock them if you haven't finished the episode yet.

HOW TO BEAT LAKEVIEW CABIN IV

GOLDEN RULE BEFORE STARTING ANYTHING: You HAVE to PEEK before EACH door. To do so, simply hold UP ARROW (by default, the key you use to go through a door). This will let you look at the next room without entering it). This is key for Episode IV, since each rooms in the mansion except lobby, main basement corridor and main attic corridor can have rats in it.

This one might look harder but is simply a bit different than the 3rd episode (all episodes are really different in gameplay). Main things that change here is that there are a lot more enemies (obviously weaker) and that most of them spawn "randomly" in the map.

Your goal is to escape this place with the van, to do so you need to find 4 gas cans, one is already in the gas station at the start, one in the attic (one side of the white house), one in the basement (the other side) and one in the slaughterhouse next to the pigman (next building).

There are 2 buildings with enemies (you spawn in a gas station): The big white house and the slaughterhouse. The big white house is full of rooms and this is where you're going to find the random (there are 9 randomly generated rooms in total but you will never have all of them) and the slaughterhouse, where everything is random except the final room with the pigman (where the gas can is).

Reminder: Each room in the mansion (except the main lobby, the attic corridor and the basement corridor) are all connected by a vent. There are 3 rats in total in these vents that can randomly come into a room (they also get called when the alarm is on). You can hear them come from the vent a few seconds before, plus the vent entrance is moving before they arrive. They kill you almost instantly, so use the peek to time everything. You don't need to kill them to finish the episode (or any achievement), so just avoid them with a peek.

In order to beat this episode, my tip is not to go in the pig house if you don't need to: there are 3 secret rooms in total that you can open (you might not get all three, you can have only 2 sometimes), opening all three gives you an achievement ( see: What does this button do? in this guide).

- One secret room with give you a random gift, it can contain nothing, 10 shotgun shell, a chainsaw or anything that can help you.
- Second room is for the lore and has a portrait in it (I'll come back later in the hidden achievements because that is some strong spoiler).
- Third room is directly linked to the room with the pigman and the last gas can in it (that's why you don't need to do all the slaughterhouse maze sometimes, if this room appears).

Be careful: Watch out for all carpets, they can be trapped (some aren't). Throw something (a corpse, a chicken, whatever you have at it each time you see one, if it reveals a hole, simply change rooms or characters a few times until it get fixed with planks.

Easiest way to kill everyone in the mansion is to go to the far right of the map, drop in the hole (carry someone with you) and use the leg you broke to beat the dead lady. She will drop the key to open the locked door of the room you are in. From there, there is a clown, that you can backstab with your leg, take her knife and stab her. Then you just have to do the path the other way around, and save the gas can you found where you broke your leg.On your way, several rooms have wardrobes, that you can open to have some good items (molotovs, shells, etc) to make it easier (content is random so you might not have any luck). This method, if done well will not activate the alarm and never call the rats.

Then you go the regular way to the attic, but with a lot more weapon this time.

You can also kill the rats or the pigman if you want, but this last one has a lot of health points. (you get an achievement for killing the pigman, but nothing for killing the rats).

Now let's talk about the slaughterhouse. Before going there you should have 3 gas can in total, gas station at the start, attic and basement, killed everyone around there, and in one room of basement and one room of the attic there is a super weapon: Hypnotic table (when you put it in a room everyone stops moving, works on every enemies including pigman and rats), Chainsaw, or the rat mask (rat won't attack you). These item spawns at random but you always get at least one of them.

2 ways to get to the final gas can
-maze of the slaughterhouse (you should use the bag of chicken food that spills some seeds when you drop it, so you mark all the correct rooms to make your path to the slaughterhouse)
-easier one: secret passage. (see the 'What does this button do' achievement section of this guide.)

What you need to know: once you reach the gas can in the room, the pigman will start moving, you can just stand at the right entrance but once you are in the middle, he comes for you (note that secret passage directly takes you in the middle so you have no choice then go back through secret passage and exit mansion, the pigman will always go through the slaughterhouse first and not the secret room).

Do this at the end so you can just leave when you have it, games become really hard once the pigman is released.

I'll give an additional note on the pigman pattern in the Piggy Piggy achievement section.


Beat Lakeview Cabin IV

As for the III. You don't need everyone alive for this one.

You need everyone alive (duh).

What does this button do? Open all the secret doors in one game

Self-explanatory. You just need a bit of luck and have all three rooms that have secret rooms in them.

The three rooms when you find a hidden button for a secret rooms are:
- The Sadomasochistic room (you need two characters, one going to the wood planks with a hole for the head to the right and one going to the secret room)
- The Kitchen full of corpses on the floor (just go to the wall on the right, and press X to activate the button)
- The living room with a bookshelf and a big pendulum clock. (press the grey X showing when you are in front of the pendulum clock to move the bookshelf, you might need to clear the mansion first).







If you don't see all three of these rooms, you can restart the level.
Note: Always peek in case one of them is the pigman room, you don't want to wake him up accidentally (be careful for the pigman room, it will activate the pigman).

Lakeviez Cabin IV Achievements Pt. 2
They're breeding them! Get to the attic without raising the alarm.

This one can be tricky, as you need to kill the cannibals (the name of the family living in the white house) before they can ring the alarm. Once it's activated, even if you disable it quickly, you won't be able to get the achievement without restarting the episode. There's not many tips to do this since you need a bit of luck (some rooms are easier to clear than others). I'd suggest to begin the level with the attic but if you clear the basement first (without the alarm ringing) and you find the Hypnotic table, it makes the achievement way easier. Simply enter the room with it and drop it, then kill them by throwing bodies and repeat.

Here piggy piggy! Kill the barn inhabitant

Kill the pigman. Easiest way is to use the Hypnotic Table (rat mask is obviously inefficient) and/or the shotgun. Just make sure to loot the white house correctly before (every drawer you can find) to find throwable hatchets, shotgun shells, explosives, etc. You can also probably use melee weapons if he is hypnotized and you stab him in the back.

Let's get you out of here! Save the poor soul

You have to go to the attic and you'll find a room with a lady on a bed that you can carry and save, she is pregnant, just throw her to the van and she'll go on the roof, but the most important thing to know is that she drops a silver key when you bring her outside the mansion. You won't see the key because it will be behind a pillar, but you can hear something dropping. It is for one of the three hidden room, the one with a portrait in the middle, but that is for the Achievement Last Will, a hidden achievement.

Treasure of the Vampire Rednecks Collect 5 bags of gold

The Episode IV minigame. You need to finish the episode before being able to do this. You have to activate the cross and the bag of gold in front of it, it will change the music, give you a shotgun with infinite ammo, and all the enemies will transform into vampires, they are now invincible, but when you shoot one it will stay on the floor longer. The goal is to get to the attic / slaughter house / basement to get a bag of gold each time and bring them where you activated the game (when you bring a bag, it will respawn at its original location, so you can go all the time at the same place), do this 5 times for the achievement.
Lakeview Cabin V Walkthrough Pt. 1
So, this episode is really different. It is a lot more puzzle based, and it's probably the episode that took the biggest amount of time to learn how to solve it. This is the episode where a guide is almost needed to have everything. So here goes:

First, there are 3 endings, each has an achievement (so you'll have to do it three times minimum). The main goal, in all 3 cases is to kill the killer (as always). But this time, he appears randomly, he teleports in your room, and you can't damage him or kill him by hands / guns.
You have to summon 3 entities, and one hit each you will be able to kill him. These are the Killer (commonly known as the Doll, but achievement name says Killer), the Witch and the Demon.

One achievement for each:

Killer
Witch
Demon

Another thing to know is that there is no game over on this episode. You noticed that you can leave the game and then do continue, which is the first time you can because it only ends when you kill him. When a character dies, he warps to the Underworld (Limbo), a black world with some white doors that you can unlock in different ways to get to new places / come back to life.

As I said, you have to summon all three entities and then when the killer shows up, one entity at the time will spawn and attack him. Note: killer spawns randomly but you can call him using the phone in the blond character house and dial 666.

I won't go over the whole lore of the game (even if I strongly recommend you checking the Steam group Theorists of LVC and the discord of LVC to know more about it, I'll talk about it in the Conclusion), so if you find some elements / items that I don't cover, it's probably hints to understand how to finish the episode (e.g the paper on the bookshelf, John 3:14, Ouija board, etc). This is a walkthrough, so you just have to follow the steps to success.

HOW TO SUMMON THE THREE ENTITIES:

The Killer Doll:
First, take the football outside, find the key to unlock the blond lady house in the mailbox. Throw the football to the painting in the living room.


There's a doll head coming from the hole behind it. Take it to the attic of the same house and put it on the body.
Then take the 2 last character, brown hair boy and girl (I will call them brother and sister for the rest of this guide), bring them in the blond lady house, undress them and make them have sex (that's incestual indeed, don't question it, read the lore instead). Notice how the Doll is now in the room looking at the bed, and it should begin to laugh and have some green lightning coming out of it. (Quick explain: old newspaper on shelf talks about incestual affair about a killer in the 30s, and you basically recreate this memory to the Doll so she attacks the new killer, who is the son of the episode three killer. John 3:14 was a message found in a part of the underworld when you brought the brother and sister in this room, referring to a Bible chapter about incest). Now if the Doll disappears, it's that it worked and next time the killer shows up (or you call him), it will attack him. That's one hit on him.

Note: There's some chance that the killer shows up before doing all this, try to get one of your character killed by him, it's going to be needed later in the game, plus now that you sent one character in the underworld, go to the left and enter the first white portal you see. You have to grab the axe and kill the running fetuses in order to unlock the door. Once it's unlocked, you're back in the world with the axe.

The witch:

Now that you have the axe with you, go to the last unvisited house, the old white one. There is a pumpkin on the street, smash it (no pun intended) with the axe to reveal an orange key, it unlocks the house. Bring the axe with you and go to the second door (the one next to the stairs). You'll be in a small dark room where you need to smash the wall to reveal a door. Now you probably recognize this place from the intro. Go grab the game 'Lacus Lamia' but be careful, during the animation reveal of the game, the killer will show up and kill you (doesn't really matter, plus if you have the axe with you, you can hit him easily to make him disappear.) The game activated the TV in the brother bedroom.

Now the minigame, Lacus Lamia. Carefully follow these steps (won't work otherwise):

There are 4 spots around the lake, here is the correct order to finish the game:
-LEFT: Grab the torch by crouching while standing on it.
-UP: Burn the first victim with the torch and exit the screen
-RIGHT: Grab the crying baby and exist the screen
-DOWN: If you did everything in this order without extra steps, the moon should now look full with spikes coming out of it (if not, just exit the screen and come back there until it's full). Drown the baby in the lake (by crouching in the lake) when the moon is full and with spikes and grab the hidden glitching torch (see location below), then exit the screen.


-UP: Burn the second victim, stand in the middle of the coffin and crouch (see image).

If you did everything correctly, you should see a NAKED (not with the red hood) blond lady standing during the ritual animation. If you don't see her naked but with the red hood, you must start over the mini game.

The final screen of Lacus Lamia should look like this.

It's not over yet (this episode is long and complicated), now that the witch spawned, you need to bring her baby.
Quick note so you're not completely lost: The witch gives you instructions through the TV in the living room of the green house, but only (OPTIONAL) if you use the slingshot (found in the kitchen) to destroy the antenna on the roof of the house (you access it through the attic of the other house). Then if you turn the knobs of the TV you'll get messages such as 'bring me my baby').

In order to do so: Grab the phone and call 555-8731, then go back in the game Lacus Lamia and go to the left, a portal appeared in the game. You control a lady with a baby, throw the baby on the other side. Then kill one of your characters (just jump from the roof) and this time, instead of taking the first portal on the left, take the second one. You'll be on the other side, grab the baby and go in the hole. Then bring the baby in the kitchen of the green house, where the witch is and throw it at her feet to make her dissapear. Now next time the killer shows up she'll attack him, second hit.
Only one left!

Lakeview Cabin V Walkthrough Pt. 2
The Demon:

Things get complicated now, but first you need to chose which ending you want to do. Ending C & B are the easiest and simply require to summon the demon the normal way, ending A is harder (I would recommend starting with C or B to familiarize yourself with the episode before trying A). For the sake of simplicity, I will only detail the simplest way to finish the episode (ending B & C) here, but if you want to learn how to get ending A, scroll down to the Achievement 'Ending A: Redemption' of this guide where I explain it in details.

A quick summary of the differences between the 3 endings ( big spoilers):

C: Tragedy:Just kill the crying child with the knife next to him.

B: Sympathy: Bring him the toy gun, the pink tricycle and the football, then kill him.

A: Redemption: There is a box in the Underworld guarded by the Demon, that you can only access when it's summoned (and trying to kill the killer). You need to put that box in a special place in the Underworld, leave the episode, go back Episode III and finish it, instead of killing the blond lady, you capture her in the magic box that now appeared in the level. Then you go back to Episode V and you give the box to the crying child.

THIS IS A SUMMARY, Details on how to do it in the Ending A Achievement Section.



Summoning the Demon to beat the episode (with ending B or C):

In order to summon him, go to the room on the left of the Killer house, where you see 4 symbols and 4 circles. You need each of your character to die in a different way and have each of them stand on a different circle.

- The Knife: represents the death by the Killer's blade: Die from his knife
- The Skull: represents the overdose: Go in the Purple house kitchen and find the box of pills with the white top and overdose.
- The Falling Man: represents the death by falling: Fall from the roof
- The Scales of Justice: represents the death by Justice (here cops): Call 911 and go outside, approach the cop and get shot by him.

TIP: Before doing this, undress all your characters, as they the symbol as a deathmark once they die in one of the 4 specific way (it's easier for you to remember).

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an annoying part in the game as it's often bugged. Sometimes a circle won't activate even after the action or one character will activate a circle without any reason. Simply redo the actions over and over again until each character has a different one.

(You have infinite pills, you can call the killer with 666 an infinite amount of times, and you don't need to get killed by the cop, just by the revolver, so grab it and kill your friend with it.)

If you did everything correctly this will show up (spoil):



Now quickly call the killer again for the third hit (I forgot to say that you can do the summonings in whatever order, as long as you summon the three entities).

Finally, a fourth screen appeared in the street, the one with the crying child. Now choose:
End C Tragedy
For Ending C simply grab the knife and kill him.
End B Sympathy
For Ending B grab the toy gun in the brother's room, the tricycle in the street and the football (you probably left it somewhere in the living room of the purple house when you took off the painting to grab the head of the doll :D)


How to get Ending A in Episode V:
End A Redemption
The only changes in Ending A occurs with the Demon, you can do the Doll and the Witch the normal way.

Then you need a little preparation before summoning the Demon: either grab the football or another character and go upstairs in the killer house. You need to reach the hook at the top, so either launch the ball, or grab the painting with one character and the second grabs him. Climb in the new attic and go on the box, the code is CIRCLE, TRIANGLE, SQUARE, CIRCLE, REVERSE TRIANGLE (this code can be found in one of the hidden room of Episode IV, see the hidden achievement called 'Last Will'). It opened a portal to the Underworld.

As I said earlier, you need a box guarded by the Demon in the Underworld, in order to open the room with the box, you need to call 212021 (numbers on Underworld pillars). Since there are a lot of open portals in the Underworld now, here is a plan of where to go:

The box is in the throne room but it will only show when the Demon is away (in the Overworld, trying to kill the Killer). Now you do the classic Demon summoning by killing all your characters using the 4 different ways, but as soon as you summon him and the animation begins, you want to rush one of your character in the underworld (through the portal in the attic) and put him/her in front of the Throne room (so 2 on the right).

Meanwhile, in the Normal World (I'll call it Overworld), once the summoning is finished, you can call the killer. As soon as the Demon appears on the screen to kill him and do the third hit, switch back to the character in front of the Throne room, get in, get the box and exit the room.

Now you want to go to the room to the far right, the 'Crying child room' and give the box to the crying kid.
Press escape, exit to menu, and enter Lakeview Cabin III. (don't worry, progress is saved in Episode V).
Finish the episode normally but instead of killing the blond lady, go in the bedroom in the big dark wood house to find the box next to the bed. Take it and throw it at her while she is singing. Once you're back in the menu, hop back in Episode V and bring the box to the crying kid in the cemetery. You now have Ending A!




Lakeview Cabin V Achievements Pt. 3
There aren't much achievements in Episode V, once you finished it the first time you unlocked one for each entity (Witch, Killer & Demon), then you get one achievement per ending.
The last achievement in Episode V is the minigame (as always), called Superdad. (it's the small game you play with 3 floors at the start of each new playthrough of the episode).

High Score! Get a score of 50 in "Super Dad"

This is probably the hardest minigame, you have 3 lives and you need to collect 50 babies. No particular tip, each have a different pattern, the Demon just walks to the left and loops back from the right end each time, so he is the easiest one to time, The Doll (or Killer) goes from right to left but doesn't loop back, once he reached one end it turns around and walks until it reaches the other, and same for the witch that does it more slowly and isn't synchronized.
Lakeview Cabin VI Walkthrough Pt. 1
HOW TO BEAT LAKEVIEW CABIN VI

The meta changes here again. This one has a huge map, with elements of random but is closer in gameplay to the 3rd episode. It has a good and a bad ending.
There are around 15 (a bit more) NPCs in the level, most of them are scientists plus a few guards (the one in red and black, that's how I'll call them). One of them is infected by an alien. This one is hard because you need to act quickly and you might not be able to win it on the first tries.

What you want to do is directly switch to your second character (the moustache man) and grab the small stim pistol up the ladder (in the transparent cabin that is the Boss desk).

The stim pistol: (there are many in the map but this one is always here and quick to grab)


EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

- These stim pistols can detect the alien if you shoot the infected NPC, it will turn red.
- The orange boxes in most of the room of the map are teleport chests (like Ender Chests in Minecraft), it makes the game significantly easier if you use them. You can only place one item at the time in it.
- The Blurper (blue screen computer) is very important: it's a log for scientist, it will show a message left by the infected scientist (such as 'I don't feel so good'). The number next to the message tells you the room number of where this scientist is.
-The map (the black and blue screen) needs to be booted up once and shows you where you are with a room number (NOTE: Room number changes each time you restart, it is random).
-There are 2 elevators in the map, but they never work at the same time. You can switch which one you want to work in the room at the very bottom of the map (take the door in the middle of the bottom corridor and go down the ladders in the red room to get there). When you switch one screen to green, the other will become red.

You guessed it, you want to grab the pistol, boot up the map on the computer, look at the Blurper (blue screen with log messages), and find the room with the number written on the Blurper.

EXAMPLE:


The blurper tells me that the infected person is in Room 7, note that there are NO coherence in room number as they always change when you restart, you need to look up the map in each room to find it.

IMPORTANT TIP: from experience I can tell you that there are no NPC in the Escape Pod room (the room you are in with the mustache man at the start with the escape seats), and no NPC in the big middle room (where the cabin and the forest is) so don't waste time there.

You do need to clear the entire bottom floor including the machine room at the bottom.

You're gonna need to restart a few times if you want luck or just learn how to quickly check all the room numbers before it's too late because let me tell you: Once the alien wakes up, it's too late (super fast, it can teleport using the orange boxes, kills everyone, etc).

Your first goal is to find this infected NPC and contain him/her or directly kill.

My advice is to bring him in a room you can lock in the night club room. Switch to the black bandana guy and go to the left part of the map where the night club is, grab one of these walking robots on your way. Climb the ladder next to the door of the night club with the robot and put the robot under the button like in the picture:


It will fix the button so now you can open and close at will this door (no escape from it). However, before putting the infected person here, grab everything you need: The Rocket Launcher is vital for the rest, you might find a keycard there too and a beer if you want the achievement for it.

Note about the infected one: Obviously it's random, however you must not grab that person, it will accelerate the alien process and in 15 seconds it's gonna pop out. If the infected person is a scientist, you can press X for him/her to follow you. Note that if the alien is in a scientist, it'll take more time to show. If the infected person is a guard (first they're gonna kick your ass once you shoot them with the stim pistol), but you cannot ask them to follow you, you can only grab them (and they kick you after 4 seconds if you grab them too long, so rude!).

If the infected NPC is a guard, either restart the game or kill him/her without trying to contain it, because there is no way you can bring them to the quarantine room (climbing ladders with these guy is a pain in the ass)

Now that the infected person is contained, you are SAFE! (almost...) Even if it transforms in a huge The Thingesque monster, it cannot harm you if the door is closed. I suggest not to kill it yet as now,
you can go around freely in the whole station to do achievements without bothering about anything. Take your time and have a beer!

Now is the perfect time to learn how to get the good ending (and be efficient, as there are no achievements for the bad one): Obviously you need everyone alive, but you also need 10 NPC rescued. (You can also rescue 15 NPCs to get 'Herd The Cattle, see the achievement later here)
To rescue NPCs, you need to bring them to the escape pod room, at the very top of the map, where there are 5 seats. Bring them here and let them walk around for a moment, they'll strap themselves on. Once the 5 seats are filled, press the button and do this again until you save 10 or 15 of them!

Quick notes on keycards: None of them are really vital if you want to finish the episode normally, but if you want the Good Ending, or achievements you're gonna need it. Note that they spawn at random places (always the same random places I think but they can be hard to find).
I'll explain their use here:
- The Green keycard unlocks the cabin in the middle of the map. Here you can fight an alien hidden in the chimney to get the teddy bear for a hidden achievement (see: Re-reunited)

- The Blue keycard activates the ladder in the lab room (middle floor, right), also for the same hidden achievement.

- The Red keycard is the most useful in a normal playthrough as it opens the locked door between the top floor corridor and the armory (top floor, right). You can access the armory through the vents like any other room but the door is locked on both sides, your only issue is the elevator (or the red keycard to connect to the corridor).

Back in the walkthrough, you want to take the rocket launcher and put it in one of the orange boxes, and look for rockets (big red bullets), you can find one in the kitchen (bottom right), in the armory (top right) and one in the machine room at the very bottom.

You also want to find the Grenade Launcher, go in the vent (entrance in the bedroom at the top next to toilets), then go to the right, grab the Grenade launcher (do not press X while you have it), there's also one of the rockets here (and sometimes a keycard). Don't fall from the small platform and just hop back in the vent. (if you fell you can still use the elevator, be sure to check if it's working first).

Your goal is to gather all the big weapons in the escape pod room, but closer to the Boss Desk (do not put them next to the pod seats, you'll see later why.
Now you should have 1 Grenade Launcher, which has 4 grenades in, One Armed Rocket Launcher with 1 or 2 Bonus Rockets just in case. Leave everything here safe except the Armed Rocket Launcher, put it in the orange box and go back to the night club.

WARNING:

Once you kill the alien in the locked room, the blond lady in white from Episode 3 will spawn in the escape pod for revenge, this is why you should put all your weapons there before killing the alien so you're ready when she spawns.
Lakeview Cabin VI Walkthrough & Achievements Pt. 2
Kill the alien in the locked room, unlock it and shoot a rocket (you can also you 2 machine guns but it takes more time). I'd suggest not to use the Grenade Launcher on him for now, keep it for the final boss.

Once it's killed you want to bring all your characters in the top floor in front of the escape pod room (don't go in).

The blond lady will first appear as normal, but once you shoot her with the Grenade Launcher once, she'll transform in a huge red monster that takes 3 hits to die. You can use the Grenade Launcher only but prepare an Armed Rocket Launcher next to you just in case you miss one hit.

Shoot her once, wait for her to transform, then shoot her 3 times, then BACK OFF! either leave the room or back off from her corpse as she's going to explode (I died a few times because of this explosion, and yes, it's very annoying).

Once she is dead you have 180 seconds to leave the place, and only now you'll get an ending, before this, the escape was a game over). If you did everything correctly, NPCs should already be gone before the fights and you should've gathered all your characters next to the Escape Pod Room, now leave the spaceship.

You just did it!

Re-reunited

This one is hidden but needs to be done to have the 'everyone alive' achievement. Find the Green & Blue keycards. Open the Cabin in the middle of the map with the green one, you'll see a pink teddy bear next to the chimney but be careful, if you get to close to the chimney, an alien will come out of it (you can kill it with the Rocket Launcher but you don't need to, just grab the teddy bear and get out.)

With the blue keycard, activate the ladder in the lab room (middle floor, right, so the room to your right when you are at the cabin, take the teddy bear with you and open the cryo chamber, the red head girl will panic until she gets the Teddy bear, which makes her a playable characters.

You also need to do this for the Good Ending Achievement (everyone alive + 10 NPCs) and 'We all wear masks'.

We get it, you're good! Beat Lakeview Cabin VI with everyone alive and 10 NPCs saved.

This one looks easy but needs a few extra steps. As I said above, your best moment to save NPCs is once you contained the infected person, but didn't kill it. The white lady isn't here yet and the Alien can't harm anyone else, press X on scientist to get them to follow you and bring them at the escape pod.

You also need to save the red hair girl in cryochamber (see Re-reunited above to see how). Since you can then play her and have 5 playable characters, she counts in the 'everyone alive'.

Note that this is the 'good ending' achievement, as the good ending requires 15 people total, so your 5 playable characters + 10 NPCs. It's only 10 NPCs and there are around 17 in total with 5 or 6 guards so you can do only scientists for this one as guards are really harder to save. If you want to save everyone including guards, go see the achievement 'Herd The Cattle'.

As for the stuff to do to get the good ending, I'd suggest to do this one when you are safe, after containing the alien. Just save 15 people of the crew, not including your characters (basically everyone since one of them will die from the alien and the total crew is between 16 and 19 people).

Tip for guards: They won't follow you and you can't grab them for too long, so take them and throw them continuously, the hardest part is the red ladder in the dorms, as you can't skip the part and you need to grab them while climbing. Fortunately, you can make a pause in the middle of the ladder and throw them on the middle floor of the room. It takes approx 4 seconds for them to hit you, so time it correctly, you might need a few tries!

We all wear masks... Wear all five masks at the same time

For this you need to have 5 playable characters instead of the default 4, if you don't, go take a look at the 'Re-reunited' achievement.

Simply find all 5 masks in the map, the Rat Mask, the Killer in 5th Mask (Michael Myers), the Gas Mask, the Baby Killer of 3rd Episode Mask and the Sewer Monster Mask and wear them at the same time.

Spick-and-span Get rid of the weird smelly stains

You are playing janitors in this episode, do your job! Grab a mop and find all the stains in the map (some are in the elevator too!) and clear them. Remember that a bug only unlocks the achievements once you leave the game so you have no way of knowing if you cleaned them all, so pay attention and double-check!

All dried up! Drink all the beer you can find

Honestly, I understand why this is the rarest achievement on steam for the game, it's not particularly hard, just really well 'hidden'. Everyone forgets the same detail :D, not only you need to find all the beers across the map and drink them, but you must NOT FORGET THE BEERS GIVEN BY THE ROBOT IN THE NIGHT CLUB. The dancing robot in the night club offers you beers, so spam X until he drops every can and drink them.

Some beers are sometimes in elevator or in the vents, be sure to check these places too.

Radical! Get a score of 50000 in "Space Psychos"

And finally, the mini game for the episode, that you only unlock once you finish it. This is the easiest by far mini game, you have 180 seconds to score 50000 (points are easy to get), just activate the game and kill as much NPC as you can. If you fail, maybe grab the grenade launcher first and ask scientists to follow you and put them all in the same room.
Hidden Achievements
IMPORTANT: Re-Reunited should be here as it is hidden, but since a some achievements in Episode 6 requires you to do it prior, I moved it in the Episode 6 Achievements section.

Reunited

This is a hidden achievement for Lakeview Cabin 3.

Open the left side of the map by lifting the big box (see how in walkthrough), grab the axe, go in the toilets (right side of the map), break the door to access the toilets on the left, take a dump (yes) in order to make the Teddy bear fall. This is a really easy way to get rid of the Baby Killer without using anything.

He will always grab a weapon when he can, even if you hold it. The only exception is this Teddy Bear, that he will grab and drop his weapon. When he has the Teddy Bear, he'll still attempt to hit you but you won't get any damage nor fall to the ground. Just kill him with the axe while he tries to kill you with a Teddy Bear.

Be Careful: Do not spam the axe on him as he might drop the Teddy Bear and you might destroy the Teddy bear with you axe when it's on the floor. This will unlock the achievement.

Last will

This is a hidden achievement for Lakeview Cabin 4.

This is lore-oriented, so if you are interested in the story behind lakeview cabin (why you always see the same faces, the link between characters etc) I strongly suggest you to read this steam discussion from NatoriousPig compiling the full lore (beware Massive Spoilers):

Anyway, to unlock Last Will, first you need to get hit by the Ghost of the Grandfather, one of the members of the Big White House will have a Tophat, run into him (he is a ghost, this is not the NPC real face).

Then, go to the attic and save the pregnant lady (like in the Achievement Let's get you out of here!), she'll drop a silver key once you are outside (it's behind a pillar so it's usually hidden). Then you need to find the secret rooms leading to the portrait of the Top Hat guy, like in the achievement picture. (All 3 secret rooms are shown in the 'What does this button do?' Achievement section of this guide).

A secret door behind the painting will open, and you'll see the corpse of the man, with his Will (if you press escape in the first 2 episodes, you can read collectibles that help you finish the episode or tell you more about the lore. You can read it here).

Note: Do you see these symbols on the ground? They are a special sequence to open a box in Lakeview Cabin 5 (yeah it's all connected), just remember that 'point of view matters', so be sure to write it down from the perspective of the corpse!

The sewers scream at me

The last hidden achievement of the game, that you unlock by playing some kind of mini game in the menu, in the streets of the Cinema.

Go in the toilets of the cinema to find a toolbox, with a crowbar in it. Hit the manhole in the streets on the far left of the map with it, boom you unlocked the sewers.

At the right end of it, there's a monster with a knife, but he is pretty slow at first. You want to go there with 2 characters, one grabbing the other (take the black guy and grab the Hobbo with the shotgun). Right behind the killer is a shotgun shell, wait for the killer to get near and throw the Hobbo behind him, switch to him, now you have one bullet for him. Don't shoot yet!


Take the black character and back off a bit, and wait for the killer to be under the dripping pipe, play the Hobbo and drop the shotgun, activate the red valve once he is under the pipe, wait for him to take the toxic hit, but be quick: he'll begin to run towards you in a monster form, keep your distance and shoot him with the shotgun.



The nice music playing is an indicator of success, you now have the achievement!
Other Achievements
These achievements can't be obtained in the 4 regular episodes.

Movie buff Beat all four episodes

Self-explanatory. (Minisode not required as it was released after this achievement).

Merry Christmas! Beat the Minisode "Last Christmas"

This is a small bonus episode called Minisode as it's much easier and quicker to finish. To launch it, instead of going to the cinema, go in the VHS store and play the TV.

Walkthrough:

You only play one character, a father. Your wife is already dead at the right end of the map but no time to waste! You need to save your baby. Walk in your house and take off your winter clothes (you are slow with them inside and you are slow without them outside. Go across the house and go back outside from the right (no need for clothes this time), stop when you are behind the tree, where is hidden a frozen suit for your baby.

You need to be quick before the bad guys arrive, head back inside, go to the kitchen, light up the stove and grab the suit in front of it and wait, some steam should come out. Wait for it to be defrozen, go in the other room where your baby is, and put him the suit.

Now the tricky part, instead of trying to kill the bad guys, we can simply avoid them and still get the achievement. As soon as your baby has the suit on, a Santa killer is gonna spawn where you originally spawn, on the left side of the map.

I'd recommend to walk outside and bait him, wait for him to run towards you and quickly go back in (it can be hard the first time) the baby bedroom. Peek at the door and wait for Santa to pass the door (he won't come in), then take your baby and run outside toward the left side of the map until the screen fades in black. Merry Christmas!

Note: If you don't want to avoid him, boil some water in the bucket instead, wait for it to have a lot of steam, wait for santa to come and throw it at him, then run away.

Lakeview cabin collection- Lakeview Cabin 3 :Summer Camp (Achievement issue on Xbox Series X)

So I've been grinding though achievements on Lakeview Cabin collection and the achievement for Lakeview Cabin 3 "Handicapable" is impossible to unlock.
So for context,you have to finish the episode with every councillor missing a leg. 3 of the councillors when they fall from hight lose one leg,but the councillor with the ginger hair and ginger mustache,no matter what hight or condition he is in,he never loses a leg and just lands normally. I've been trying for over 2 hours with the character in loads of different situations and still nothing. Can anybody help and maybe tell me where I'm going wrong?? 😪

You can also juggle guards in part VI by spamming Z and it resets the punch timer. Useful for getting them up ladders.

tips for episode 1!
you can close the hatch to the generator therefor blocking the little baby fuck from turning the power off

you can use teh axe to cut the boat roap on the right of the map and you can use the boat this helps get to the woman at the end

the radio and guitar when played can stun the baby for a couple of seconds (guitar is spammable radio isnt)

you can use any melee weapon to break the flare gun case and light the killers up in flames

instead of drinking you can get rotten food from the fridge in the kitchen to puke off the zipline a much prettier way to kill the dad

Ah, never mind, I WAS missing something. For anyone else having this problem, I checked to see if the LVCC wiki had any other insight, and it turns out that after you bring the kid the items, you're still meant to kill him, which wasn't clear to me! So bring him the stuff, drop it by him, and THEN murder him in the face. Sympathy indeed.

I've gotten to the end with the kid crying in the street (Episode V) and despite dropping the toy gun, the football, the tricycle, and the slingshot (just in case) right on top of him, he's still just sitting there crying. Am I missing something?

Thank you very much for your help and concern. Yes, I misunderstood this achievement at first. I thought the little game at the beginning of Chapter 5 was super dad, but in fact I made a mistake. After seeking a friend from Taiwan, I realized that super dad is the third item of the main menu in Chapter 5 after the customs clearance game. Now I have achieved this achievement. Hello Scandinavia, I'm not sure I understand, but when you unlock an achievement on Steam, you never lose it, even if you uninstall the game or reset it, you cannot unlock it a second time. When I go to your profile, it seems that you already have Superdad unlocked, so no need to do it again.

Another info on Superdad; from what I remember, you can either get the achievement by collecting 50 babies at the startof a "New Game" on Ep V, or you can play Superdad as much as you want by clicking the "Bonus" option in the theater screen when you have to choose between "New Game" and "Continue" (it's the third option). That way you don't have to restart the ep to retry.
Hope this helps, please tell me if I misunderstood your problem.
