Starting Diplomatic Visibility

This is another simple mod. It makes all factions have diplomatic visibility of the major players of the three kingdoms period on turn one. I found it weird than Gongsun Zan forgot who the rest of china was, so this mod reminds him.

This means you can enter diplomatic relations right from the start of the game.

Bandit, yellow turban, and other factions like that are still unknown at the start, so won't be revealed to everyone.

Should be multiplayer compatible. I guess its save compatible but it won't do anything since it only runs on new campaign. Should be compatible with 100% of other mods as it is a simple script. It does not modify startpos.
