Popis
Adds the following commands to ULX:

RTTM Custom CMDS
• ulx restartserver [<Enter a time in seconds: -1<=x<=1800, default 30>] - Preform a server restart. (say: !restartserver) (opposite: ulx stoprestart)
• ulx rickroll <player> - Rickroll a target player. (say: !rickroll)
• ulx vanish [<player, defaults to self>] - Toggles the defined player to be invisible. (say: !vanish)
• ulx voteclean - Starts vote to clean the map. (say: !voteclean)


Settings
Open ULX and go to Settings → Server → Server Setting Modules → RTTM Custom - Settings


Permissions
Located in Groups -> Manage Permissions -> RTTM
• rttm_custom_voteclean_ratio - If a player has this permission, they can edit the Vote Clean Ratio.
• rttm_custom_vanish_settings - If a player has this permission, they can edit Vanish options.
• rttm_custom_server_restart_volume - If a player has this permission, they can edit the volume for how loud the beep is durring the last 15 seconds.
• rttm_custom_spawnmenu_access - If a player has this permission, they will beable to open the spawn menu.
• rttm_custom_context_menu_access - If a player has this permission, they will beable to open the context menu.

Please correct this error. She doesn't let you use the wire, and the VJ NPCs stop shooting. The error appears if the player does not have a weapon or throws it away, or when a vehicle is boarding (for example, the Glide base)
