it doesnt work,health stays the same.I did do it on a clean save....

if the health of NPC's is doubled but still half empty for you, this is because this mod only works with a fresh save or after you zone into a new island for the first time.
There is a mod called Vitality fix that will fill NPC health at the start of combat, but this mod works best on a fresh start.
