Completion time and difficulty

If you focus only on achievements then you will get it in a bit less than 2hours. If you don't want legit shotrcuts in experience farming and you compete against AI the it could take up to 10 hours. The game is easy to perfect, just time required.

Finish a Tourney.

Just finish one tourney, a tourney goes until one reach 20 points, 5 awarded for winning the map, +1 for fastest lap, +1 if you make enemy crashed.

Take out parasols

Destroy lampposts and parasols with the player1 car. Lampposts can be found on every single map (lamppost example marked as red on the screenshot) while parasols (marked as green on the screenshoot) can't be found on every single track. Drivearound map has many parasols.

For the achievements you need to destroy about 30-50 from each one and while it is not 100% i believe only those count which destroyed by player1 car.

There are 7 achievements for experience levels, you need to get to level 14 in the game:

Reach Rank 4 to unlock AMC Delirium!

King of Streets
Reach Rank 6 to unlock the Fast Forward paint job for AMC Delirium.

Reach Rank 8 to unlock Suprimo Countess!

Reach Rank 10 to unlock the Fast Forward paint job for Suprimo Countess.

Reach Rank 12 to unlock Hammer TAC-1!

While it is probably logical for some, there might be still any who not thinking about this. Simply play against yourself. You can select all car slots with 1 keyboard, that way you play against yourself. Kill the nonplayer1 cars by driving off the edge of the map so all car will be crashed, then map ends and player 1 wins. Repeat that 4 times so the tournament ends and you get the winner max experience for that tournament. If you doing this from the start you will need about ~20-25 tournaments to get to the required lvl 14 while each tournament will take only about 3-5mins and this way the achievement perfection time only 2 hours instead of the 10+ hours which would be by playing against AI. While this isnt a fun method it is a nice way to get your perfect game legit once bored about the game and don't want more real race against AI or against other humans.
