Since there is a basement, dig the planned construction site with a rectangle of (25 * 17 * 5) before installing.

Note that you need nearly 400 pieces of wood.

I build a 25*17*5 hole but it keeps hovering on surface level, how do i move it down?

I always found tavern design to be particularly tricky. This is the first time I see an actual functional (and pretty) traveller - friendly building. Great job!

sorry. We needed three mods instead of two.
