It's been a while I made this screenshot. According to the arm, if I remember correctly it's between Orange Heart or Blanc from Hyperdimension .

Go on this bench, stand on it, then with your Use key, go on its right, left then right within 2 - 3 seconds.
You'll be teleported in the secret zone. If it didn't work, you may have missed something or you didn't make it less than 3 - 4 seconds
