How to make a windowed borderless screen on DirectX 12.

A lot of people seem to be having running the game in DirectX 12 on fullscreen or windowed (borderless) mode. I made a simple guide to follow to make the game run in windowed borderless mode. Either follow the steps listed bellow or follow the instruction on the image.

The fix
1) Go to C:\Users\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division. (You might need to change out the C:\ to your own drive where the documents folder is located.)
2) Open state.cfg with a text editor. (Preferably use Notepad++ so it's all nice and tidy.)
3) Copy the settings from the image in the white square section.
