Splinter Group is a Mission that you get from Tannis in Sanctuary after you complete the Main Story Mission: "A Dam Fine Rescue"
This Mission involves you going back to the Bloodshot Stronghold and into the Sewers to fight 4 Rats wich are a reference to "The Mutant Turtles".However,there is a secret one that you can only fight if you complete the sequence and all Buttons turn green,this is Flinter,coming from Splinter the Turtles's Master in the Movie/TV Show.

Combination to spawn Flinter:

After you kill the Rats you will go into a room with buttons and some lights,red and green lights.
If you make all the lights green,Flinter will spawn
To make them green and make Flinter spawn, do this:
Press the button on the TV 2 times
Go straight and pull the switch once
Go to the left from the switch and pull the lever once
If you did everything correctly Flinter will come out of the Hole.

Thanks, I've done this in the past monkey with a typewriter style(hit buttons until you win). But having a step by step guide for replays is rather nice.
