for some reason no one parks at the gas pumps included, can anyone tell me why?

This is a unique building so in the RICO Settings, you have to add "local" to make it commercial.

If you would use it with the "Real Gas Station" mod, then keep it as a unique building and change with Customize It Extended mod the construction cost to 5086 and make available petroleum to fill it up (petroleum is available with Industry DLC).

Hey Conno, love your gas stations since you have a separate RICO store and gas canopy, that way it's easy to use with the Real Gas Station mod.

FYI, if you make your gas canopies a default price of $5086, they will automatically work out of the box for Real Gas Station; otherwise players can use Customize It! to make them functional gas stations by altering the price for the mod.
