In the Future ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ level, play normally until you reach the part with the flickering red and blue platforms. Instead of going up and left just go to the right and follow the path.

After you jumped over a few lasers and blocks you'll find him siting behind the couch. Walk up to him to unlock him.

Guitar Guy is really useful to defeat enemies tucked away behind corners and walls. Since his weapon's projectile spreads a bit he's also really great at dealing with many enemies at once, especially during the flying sections of the game.

He's also useful during many boss fights because his projectiles spread and travel slowly. Even if you just concentrate on dodging the enemy will eventually be caught in the spam and take damage.

Other than that he's a good choice in sections where you have to wait for Skull Blocks to pop up and go away. He runs faster, so have more time to react than with other characters.

In the Dungeons & ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ level, play normally until you reach a red wall next to a ladder. Switch to Guitar Guy to shoot a small switch behind the wall which will make it go up.

Follow the newly opened way, dodge a few fire balls and you'll find Mike.

Only use him to find secrets and to do tough jumps. His short ranged attack does not stun lock enemies, so they'll walk right through him. Especially on higher difficulties this is fatal most of the time.

In Beat it & Eat it, play until you find a dead end with a ladder leading down. Switch to Mike and break the blocks on the right.



Go through the corridor and you'll unlock ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Man.

This character kills both enemies and bosses really fast, but since he is not very mobile and can't move while shooting, make sure that you won't be hit if you use him. He can also reach certain secret locations to find Cameos.
