This is the tree variant. Get the base variant too!

Inspired by Dutch residential streets, this is a two-way red and gray brick street which supports pedestrian, bicycle and low car traffic, with pedestrian-friendly features such as raised table junctions and continuous footway junctions with other types of roads.
For maximum realism, this asset should be used for local access streets that exclude motor vehicle through-traffic from residential areas.
  • Find in small roads category
  • Ground level only - use other roads for elevated and tunnel
  • 16 m (2 tiles) wide
  • Speed limit 30 km/h
  • Shared car/bicycle lanes
  • Sidewalks use your map theme texture
  • Half-height textured curbs
  • Herringbone red brick driving lanes, gray brick parking spaces
  • Raised table junctions
  • Continuous footway junctions with other types of roads
  • Works with Network Skins

Any thoughts on a 1 way version of this road with diagonal parking on the right side? https://imgur.com/a/w3rfBn9

Any chance you could replicate this asset but without NExt2 being a requirement? That would be great!
Hello, any updates on the one-way variant? @Urbanist

I have a slight problem with these roads. On intersections where this network meets another network I get blue triangles when I zoom out. A LOD problem?

hi, i love this road as i am from netherlands, 2 questions, can you make all your roads option to change the trees? like the new update has on the basic roads that would be very handy if i could change the trees on your roads as well to make it more realistic, and if its not to much work can you make an 4lane and not nessasary 6 lane road of this ? i dont know how it works other wise i would try my self as the 2 lane is just not enough to handle the heavy traffic it just doesnt look so good heaving 3 different roads so a 4lane would be very appreciated and a 6 lane road would also be very nice but i can work around that.

thanks for you nice work !!!

Too bad you've used NExt2 assets/props for this road. Any chance you could do an update so NExt2 isn't needed anymore? I really do NOT like NExt2, but I really DO like your roads...
Same goes for the 'Neighbourhood Street (Enhanced Two-Lane Road)' btw, where you've used NExt2 planters instead of one of your own designs, which again are way better!!
