Beskrivelse
REWORKED VERSION:

ATP Salamander

A small vehicle for reconnaissance, as personal transport, or as a cargo tractor.

All Blocks Vanilla.

Makes use of Scrips!
Props to Whiplash141 (Bearing&Compass), MMaster (AutoLCDs2), Mikr (Instrument Panel (slightly modified for optics) and Morphik (Immersive Car Lights) for their awesome work!
(All Scripts seem to be fully functional as of 16.07.'19)

Features:

- boosters for more ground pressure, better handling in low grav.
- boosters allow for application in every environment (even asteroids!)
- can go up nearly 90° inclines at 1g (with hydro booster active)
- at less than 1g even cliffs >90° become possible (tested on Moon, boosters required)
- carries gyroscopes for steering assist (and as a little help during jumps or if the thing flips over)
- cruise control (thanks to Mikr's script)
- artificial mass (for use in ship's hangars etc.)

- piston landing gears in front and back (for carrying and towing stuff)

- the usual stuff:
Connector in back (with cam), small conveyor system throughout, gat. turret, 2 batteries (large), backup reactor under rear bumper, 2 antennas (1 for backup), 2 Cameras in front, remote set up (can be droned up), free timers (for your leisure)

Have fun with it!

Well, sorry I couldn't help you. I personally never came across these problems.
You can always hold down X to jump, but it's hard to control, so I tend not to do that...

Hope you still had some fun with it!

I inserted the blueprint properly. I had to remove the pistons and ionics on the planet far away, and as I drove up the hill I switched on a timer with a hydrogenous traster. The only way to avoid the pits is to find a map with smoothed mountains.

Oh, no i actually drove it up there to make that picture, i think the 1st picture is indeed that very same one on top of that cliff. I thought your problem was that you cannot place it in your world.
(that happens sometimes) I misunderstood.

On mountains you should with this one, as with all rovers, avoid too uneven terrain, meaning the stripey "potholes" or clefts that often run along mountains. The suspension might bottom out on them, especially if you are caught between two of them (better traverse them sideways than to go along them), and random spikes might catch you (nothing to be done here, wiggle with the gyros till you're free) instead go for smooth surfaces (even if it is steeper).
I always feel like voxels provide more traction than blocks, so there might be a problem?
Hope i could help!

You did not reach the top of the mountain, but simply placed it in the fall and fixed the brakes and then write "To the top of the world"? This is misleading. A car cannot drive up a mountain if there are potholes on it.

When placing it (in creative or as projection), give it some air. The suspension should be able to take the drop.
