These Hoovys are an extreamely rare species of hybrid between the sweet Hoovy and the bloodthirsty Tryhard. (I have never seen anyone else but myself use this set in my almost 3k hours of tf2)

This next loadout is one that works perfectly. Non of the hats clip and it fits together pretty well

These Hoovys can tend to be pretty common on most friendly servers as there items are easily obtainable and this set is pretty well known.

This next set if for those Hoovy lovers who want to take being a friendly to the next level and go ALL out.
In order to make this set you will need...
-Cheaters Lament
-Tough Guys Torque (Sunbeams)
-All Father (Australium Gold)

These Hoovys are very rare since they have a rare unusual hat and the cheaters lament which cant be obtained anymore. You will know when you see one because of there distinct yellow light and godly presence.

This Hoovy set is for those who like to take matters into there own hands when theres a tryhard about. These guys can be very nice but if you attack them even by accident, you are a dead man running.

These Hoovys, sometimes with different variants of the set can be commonly found on most friendly and pub servers. If you look hard enough you should find one in no time.
