Updated my Tinker build. Got a lot better at Tinker, so I decided to make my build a lot better too.

Basic Rules:
Cast Missile before Laser for almost-instant damage chain
Use Travels, Blink, and March to splitpush with impunity
If you have Dagon5 (and Eblade) primarily use it over your own nukes
ALWAYS get Euls after the Core if you're against SB
Try to avoid fights and farm until you have your Core and Extensions

These items can't be rearmed: BKB, Manaboots, HOTD, Midas, Refresher, Necrobook, Linkens
